For incidents of sexual and gender-based misconduct (SGBM) involving a student as the Respondent, the 快猫短视频may apply the following policies in response:
The 快猫短视频will comply with the 2020 Title IX regulations, Violence Against Women
Act, New York State鈥檚 Enough is Enough law, Title VII, NY Human Rights Law and other
relevant laws and policies to determine which policy will apply.
